If you have any spaghetti pasta at home you could break it into different lengths and order them by size or sort into big/small. You could also do this with strips of paper. You could also measure the heights of the people in your house and compare who is the tallest. Science Have you got a toaster at home? If you do you could use it (with supervision) to make some changes to materials. For this activity you will need: a toaster, bread and butter.Look carefully at a piece of bread. How does it look? What colour is it? How does it feel?Place it in the toaster and set the toaster to the number 1. Wait for it to pop.Carefully remove the toast when it is cool enough. How does it look? How does it feel?Put the toast back in the toaster on setting number 1 again. While you wait for it to pop, think about how it might look when it does.
