Helpful Hints
*I like to have my phrases or sentences written on the credits document. Then I copy and paste them onto the images. You can do this with the credits, too!
**Adding your summary sentences: They can go either on the photo images or in between. If you need to have the text in between images, ask your teacher how you can do this. Be aware of the text font & color and test it to see if you can read it on top of the image.
***END CREDITS: Once you have added your sentences or phrases, it’s time for the end credits.
First -restate the title & author of the book.
Second - Book Trailer by Your Name.
Next: Images collected from Creative Commons
Then the credits for the five or more images you have.
Next: Music from Purple Planet
Credits for the music: title, composer/publisher
Finally: Book cover art from: List the publisher of the book as the source for your book’s cover.
## Save the project as a movie. “Save to my computer” When you do this, save it first to your Desktop, THEN drag it into your H drive/book trailer folder. You must also drag it into the G drive, Drop Box Folder, Modrow folder, then the folder with your teacher’s name.
UNDO!: You accidently deleted, cut, pasted, messed up, and you just want to travel back in time for a few seconds to how it was… Press Control and the letter Z and it will often undo what you just did. You can do it more than once, and it may take you back several mistakes…
To Copy – highlight/select Control C, or right click the mouse & choose copy.
To paste – Control V, or right click & paste.
To get rid of a hyperlink or to get the text changed to black print: Once you have pasted your text, there will be a clipboard icon to the lower right of it. Click on it & select “Keep Text Only”
