P3/4 Learning Grid – All written tasks are to be completed in the jotters provided in the home learning pack.Parents/Carers - This is a guide of things to help with learning at home. Please do not worry about doing everything on this grid. There are things that will apply to your child and others that might not. Physical WellbeingJoin Cosmic Kids Zen Den to learn more about mindfulness and how it can help you to feel calm and relaxed – your throwing and catching skills. Use a ball or a rolled up pair of socks to throw and catch with a member of your family. How many times can you throw and catch without dropping it?*Remember to keep washing your hands!*Mental WellbeingIt is challenging for you to stay at home and not be able to go to school and see your friends. Think back to the learning we did on resilience. Try and practise being resilient now and use the tools in our toolbox to help you. I have put the toolkit poster on the class page as a reminder.NumeracyUse Sumdog to practise your numeracy skills (your log-in is in your home learning pack) Sumdog have an Edinburgh Maths Contest starting on Friday 15th May. Log in and take part to show everyone your maths skills!Complete an activity every day from the Numeracy Grid I have added to the class page. Choose different activities from last week and work your way down to increase the difficulty and challenge yourself!2D Shape & 3D ObjectsWatch the video below to learn the difference between 2D shapes and 3D objects- on a scavenger hunt around your house. What 2D shapes and 3D objects can you find? Choose 4 or more to draw and label in your jotter.
