Implementation of this Salary Scale is budget permitting and is intended only as a guideline to salary structure.
Slight deviations may naturally occur as a result. Some staff are statistical outliers (off scale), meaning they will receive compensation (no more than 2% - CSCD Director discretion) on an annual basis contingent on staffing priorities within the salary scale.
Normal pay increases (also known as cost of living adjustments) = 1 step annual increase
Meritorious pay increases may also be taken into consideration by the CSCD Director.
This scale is subject to revision at anytime by the CSCD Director.
Potential meritorious (one-time payment) annual financial compensation awards up to 3% of original salary is also budget permitting and not considered in this salary scale.
Previous related or re-hire employment may (discretionary) be taken into consideration of a 2:1 ratio.
