MAASDAM. The size of the space available to you at The Memorial Hall is approximately 10x8ft but some areas may be larger eg corners of the hall. The tables are approximately 5ft long and 2ft wide (although some at the Memorial Hall do vary). If you do not wish to use the table provided you can bring a table up to 6ft in length and 2.5ft in width. Sizes quoted are approximate so if you are needing a particular or exact size space please ask.If you want to pay via Paypal you can do so using email address nikkiloumaz1969@yahoo.co.uk but Paypal payments now levy an extra charge due to Paypal fees imposed making a table ?16.00 (unless you click on “Pay Family and Friends” which does not impose an extra charge).The payment is required within 48 hours if Paypal or 3 working days if cash or cheque, from receipt of booking form. A Clothes Rail will cost ?6 if extra space for it is needed. A rail on it’s own without a table is ?10.If no payment has been received, we will cancel the booking.Place is not confirmed until payment is receivedStalls will be issued on a “first paid” basis.Your fee includes the hire of a table unless you are asked specifically to bring your own. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE BOOKED AND PAID FOR ONE TABLE YOU CANNOT BRING ANY ADDITIONAL TABLES TO USE. All additional tables brought and used will be charged for as they will be taking up space.If you have any additional displays such as banners and rails, these must be displayed within your allocated space and must not block any fire exits, walkways or cause any other health & safety concerns. If you feel you need extra space for this, please contact us as there may be a small extra charge.Please note that if you have unsuitable items to sell on your table, you may be asked to remove them.PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT SELLERS MUST NOT HAVE LUCKY DIPS, RAFFLES OR TOMBOLAS UNLESS YOU ARE FORWARDING THE FUNDS FROM THIS TO OUR CHOSEN CHARITY.??INSURANCE / CERTIFICATES/ DOCUMENTATIONS?Public / Product Liability Insurance – all stallholders are advised to have this-this is your responsibility and is for your protection as much as everyone else’s. I don’t ask for copies of your insurances but if any outside agency asks you are responsible for providing this information. Insurance is NOT needed to attend our fairs but strongly advised.Please note you are responsible for your actions & any damage caused at?the event?as a result of your actions, for example but in no way limited to slips, trips, falls, damage to the building etc. injury to yourself.??????????????????????????????? **************************?PUBLICITYWe will endeavour to make this event a success for you, us and our charity by publicising it as much as possible. We would ask that stallholders also advertise the event, via their own networks. We can provide flyers for this purpose which are available on our Facebook page, GRIMSBY AND CLEETHORPES CRAFT FAIRS. We cannot be held responsible for the weather, advertising not being published, lack of customers, customers not buying or anything else out of our control that may affect the success of the event.REFUND / CANCELLATIONPlease note that we will not issue a refund or transfer unless an event is cancelled by us. DAY OF EVENTSET UP IS STRICTLY NOT BEFORE 8.45am for a 10am start. Anyone going into the hall before me or before I have said will be asked to go back outside and wait as I have to go through the general housekeeping with the Caretaker and do a few other jobs before I can let everyone in. You must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and your stall must be ready to trade before the public is admitted. Due to the small amount of people failing to show for events and leaving empty tables in the room, anyone who is booked to come to an event but doesn’t show 30 minutes before Doors Open will lose their place unless they have contacted us beforehand (on the mobile number above or via facebook message. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS. It is understandable that sometimes circumstances beyond your control can make you late. As long as you have informed us that is fine. Please be aware, then, that if you show up less than 30 minutes before the start of a fair without informing us YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PLACE and your table will be cleared away. This is to ensure there are no empty tables at any fair.There is strictly NO clearing up until 15 minutes before closing time unless previously agreed. Anyone leaving early without having approval from me first will unfortunately be removed from our database. This is a real Health and Safety issue due to the fact that moving big boxes/trolleys through the hall while members of the public are still around is not a good idea. Plus, you might miss a sale if you go early!Please ensure all rubbish is removed and your area is left tidy at the end of the event.If anyone is owing money please ensure that you settle with me BEFORE the beginning of the fair. I can always be found and I don’t want to have to come and find you first! Thank you.Failure to comply with any of these terms & conditions may result in you being removed from our database.?We will not tolerate bad language, abusive or bullying actions towards our representatives and/or other stallholders and customers. Such actions will result in you being asked to leave immediately, you will not be refunded and will be removed from our database.?We are not responsible for any actions taken against you by outside parties eg Trading Standards, Benefit Agencies, HMRC etc.By submitting the booking form you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.We will not pass your details to third parties.??? ................
