SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneCHIEF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the Director of Marketing with the design, editing, and/or printing of publications, advertisements, flyers, posters, magazines, and brochures, including serving as design assistant to the college’s official magazine, Instaurare.Assist the Associate Director of Marketing in writing press releases, feature stories, and articles for college publications and external media sourcesCollaborate with the Director and the Associate Director of Marketing to capture college imagery?and video?for use in publications, website, and social media sitesAttend and cover major college events for internal and external publication in collaboration with the Director and Associate Director of MarketingAssist the Associate Director of Marketing with content generation for social media accounts and the news/events section of college websiteMaintain college websites with special attention to image quality and accuracy of information; create new pages and sites as needed.Manage internal and external communication emails, including the Christendom TODAY, NOW, and other email newsletters.Supervise student campus photographers to achieve positive results in the areas of marketing communications, as well as oversee imagery storage and organization.Serve as Editor-in-Chief of annual College yearbook, managing volunteer staff to ensure the publication meets high standards of excellence and stays on time and within budget.Other tasks as assigned by senior members of the Marketing Office.OTHER NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:--Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
