REMINDER: The Eligible Cardholders (as defined below) are hereby reminded to read and understand the terms and conditions below and the updated/additional terms and conditions (if any), which are available at .my. If the Eligible Cardholders do not understand any of the terms and conditions and the updated/additional terms and conditions (if any), the Eligible Cardholders are advised to discuss with any of the Bank's authorised representative.

The terms and conditions herein ("Terms and Conditions") are in addition to and are to be read together with the AmBank (M) Berhad, Company Registration Number: 196901000166 (8515-D) / AmBank Islamic Berhad, Company Registration Number: 199401009897 (295576-U) (collectively referred to as "Bank") relevant credit card/credit card-i agreement(s) ("Cardholder Agreement") which govern the use of the credit card/credit card-i issued by the Bank. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Cardholder Agreement, these Terms and Conditions will prevail in so far as it relates to the Campaign (as defined below).

Words denoting "person" shall include living persons and, if and where applicable, body or persons incorporated or unincorporated. Words importing the singular shall also include the plural and vice versa. Words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter gender.

Campaign

1. The "Campaign" means "Balance Transfer 0% interest/management fee for 12 Months Campaign" organised by the Bank in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as stipulated herein.

Campaign Period

2. The Campaign shall run from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023, both dates are inclusive ("Campaign Period") or such other periods as may be determined at the discretion of the Bank with prior notice of at least five (5) calendar days ("Prior Notice") to the Eligible Cardholders (as defined below) before the new terms and conditions take effect.

Eligible Cardholders

3. "Eligible Cardholders" means the selected customers of the Bank who hold a Principal AmBank/AmBank Islamic Credit Card / Credit Card-i ("Eligible Card") during the Campaign Period as described herein and have received an invitation to participate in this Campaign via Short Message Service (SMS), Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) and/or telephone call, but do not include: (a) Cardholders of debit cards, prepaid cards, corporate cards, or commercial cards issued by the Bank; and/or (b) Cardholders whose card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Period

Campaign Offer

4. Subject to the Terms and Conditions herein, the Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to enjoy Balance Transfer at 0% interest/management fee for twelve (12) Months. Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to enjoy this Balance Transfer offer one (1) time only during the campaign period.

5. The minimum amount for the Balance transfer shall be Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000) and maximum amount shall not exceed Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Thousand (RM15,000) per Eligible Cardholder who apply for Balance Transfer from their AmBank/AmBank Islamic Credit Card/Credit Card-i or charge card from other banks ("Balance Transfer Amount"). Approval is subject to the Eligible Cardholder's available credit limit.

6. The instalment tenure of the Balance Transfer shall be twelve (12) months or such other period as specified by the Bank from time to time with prior notice of at least twenty-one (21) calendar days. Each instalment amount will be proportionately computed and billed accordingly to the Eligible Cardholder's Card Account on the billing date of each month and over the instalment tenure and/or until the full settlement of the instalments. The first month's instalment amount may be slightly higher than the subsequent months due to rounding adjustment.

7. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardholder acknowledges that the any early settlement of accounts will incur the Eligible Cardholder a penalty of RM100.00 ("Penalty Fee") which will immediately become due and payable once there is an early settlement. The Eligible Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the Bank shall be entitled to charge Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) to the Eligible Cardholder's account (except AmBank BonusLink Visa Card, AmBank M-Card & AmBank True Visa Card). All outstanding instalments with its respective interest/management fee for the entire tenure shall immediately become due and payable in the event of any early settlement. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation of the Participating Credit Card/Credit Card-i shall be deemed as an early settlement and the Bank shall similarly be entitled to charge the amount of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) to the Eligible Cardholder's account and the Bank shall have the right to claim the remaining instalments for the entire tenure.

8. The Eligible Cardholder will be deemed to have defaulted on the monthly instalment payment of the Balance Transfer amount if the Eligible Cardholder does not make the full Specified Minimum Payment or full Minimum Monthly Payment, on or before the payment due date as specified in the Cardholder's statement of account. In the event of three (3) or more consecutive instalment default payment occurs, all monies due and owing under the Balance Transfer account, comprising of total outstanding Balance Transfer monthly instalment and the total unbilled principal of the Balance Transfer monthly instalment, together with the applicable finance charges/management fees, and the balance of all other monies due and owing under the Balance Transfer shall immediately become due and payable by the Eligible Cardholder.

9. Subject to prior notice to the Eligible Cardholder, the Bank shall be entitled to exercise its discretion to terminate the Credit Card/Credit Card-i facility made available to the Eligible Cardholder, whereupon all outstanding monthly instalments with the respective interest rate/management fee shall immediately become due and payable to Cardholder. All such

Conventional terminologies are applicable to AmBank product, whilst Islamic terminologies are applicable to AmBank Islamic product.

outstanding Balance Transfer amount will be shown in the monthly statement and the Eligible Cardholder shall pay the same in accordance to the provisions of these terms and conditions and the Cardholder Agreement in default of which, the Bank shall be entitled to exercise its rights herein and under the Cardholder Agreement.

10. The Bank may defer, suspend or reject any application under this Campaign (i) if the outstanding balance or amount requested exceeds the Eligible Cardholder's credit limit, or (ii) the outstanding balance or amount requested does not meet the prescribed minimum transfer or requested amount, or (iii) if the Eligible Cardholder's account has insufficient available balance, or such other reasons by the Bank at its discretion. Where the Eligible Cardholder's application is successful, payment to the Credit Card/Credit Card-i accounts with the other Credit Card/Credit Card-i issuers/financial institutions will be made in the manner provided herein.

11. The signature of the Eligible Cardholder on the application form or consent obtained via telephone call wherein the Eligible Cardholder's identity has been verified will be deemed conclusive proof of the Eligible Cardholder's instruction to the Bank to directly settle and pay the outstanding balance of the Credit Card/Credit Card-i or charge card owing to the other card issuers/financial institutions, on behalf of the Eligible Cardholder.

12. Upon participation in this Campaign, the total Balance Transfer amount will be reserved from the total credit limit of the Eligible Cardholder and will not be made available for usage. A corresponding amount of the instalment paid by the Eligible Cardholder will be progressively restored on a monthly basis into the Eligible Cardholder's credit limit.

13. Payments made by the Eligible Cardholder to the Participating Credit Card/Credit Card-i account will be used in the following order, firstly to pay off any service tax followed by Cash Advance, QuickCash, Monthly Instalment and any revolving balance that attract the highest finance charges/management fee.

14. The following shall be applicable for this Campaign:

(a) Only the outstanding balance of the Credit Card/Credit Card-i or charge card issued in Malaysia will be allowed to participate in this Campaign.

(b) Payment to the respective card issuer/financial institution(s) shall be effected by the Bank upon approval of the Campaign application. The amount payable is as approved by the Bank and as per transcribed on the application form or obtained via phone call.

(c) Payment of the Balance Transfer Amount will be made to the respective card issuer/financial institution by way of direct credit to the respective card issuer's/financial institution's account via InterBank GIRO.

(d) Notwithstanding the terms and conditions herein, the Eligible Cardholder shall continue and remain liable to the card issuers/financial institutions for the facilities enjoyed by the Eligible Cardholder in accordance to the terms governing the same.

(e) Until the Balance Transfer application is successfully approved and funds successfully remitted by the Bank to the respective financial institution, the Cardholder shall continue to be liable to make payment on their other credit card/credit card-i account(s) in accordance with the terms governing the same. The Bank shall not be liable for interest/management fee or any other charges imposed as a result of the Cardholders' failure or delay in making payment. The Cardholder shall continue to be directly liable to their respective banks and/or financial institutions for all other outstanding balances (principal, accrued interest/management fee, finance/management fee and other charges) on their other credit card/credit card-i

account(s), whether such outstanding balances have been incurred before or after the Bank's approval of the Cardholders' application for the Balance Transfer. (f) The Bank has the right to approve and transfer the whole or part of the amount applied.

Disqualification

15. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify the participation of any Eligible Cardholder's for the purpose of this Campaign in the event: (a) the Eligible Cardholder's Eligible Card account is in default of any facilities granted at any time during the Campaign Period; or (b) the Eligible Cardholder's Eligible Card account is cancelled or closed within eight (8) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period; or (c) the Eligible Cardholder's has provided untrue information or acted fraudulently in any manner during the Campaign Period; or (d) the Eligible Cardholder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.

General

16. The Bank shall have the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions set out herein, in whole or in any part from time to time including to vary the Campaign Period with Prior Notice.

17. The Bank shall, at any time, have the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with Prior Notice. Any notice to be given by the Bank shall be posted in the Bank's official website at .my or displayed in its branches, and any such notice shall be deemed given when so posted at its official website or displayed in its branches, whichever is earlier.

18. The Bank's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. All terms and conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia and any legal disputes will be commenced and heard in the courts located in Malaysia.

19. To the extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable to the Eligible Cardholders when any Force Majeure event occurs. "Force Majeure" refers to any unforeseen events and/or circumstances which are not within the reasonable control of the Bank, which the Bank is unable to prevent, avoid or remove such as natural disasters such as flood, typhoon, hurricane, storm, tempest, volcanic eruption, earthquake, landslide, landslip, subsidence or sinking of soil or earth or acts of public unrest such as strikes, lock out, industrial disturbances, riots, wars, each of which is beyond the control of neither Party or such other event, condition or circumstances of similar nature as may be classified as Force Majeure by the Bank from time to time.

20. The Bank would not be liable to any Eligible Cardholder for any damage or losses suffered, including loss of goodwill, income or profits or consequential, direct or indirect, exemplary, incidental, punitive or special damages, arising from the Eligible Cardholders' participation in this Campaign, or the Bank exercising its rights pursuant to any of the terms and conditions herein except where such actions, claims, direct losses, damages and expenses are directly attributable to the Bank's gross negligence, wilful default or fraud.

21. All disputes concerning the construction, validity, enforcement and interpretation of the terms and conditions stipulated herein shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based on the terms and conditions herein.

22. The Eligible Customer(s) is required to log on the Bank's corporate website for any Campaign updates and refer to for the latest terms and conditions, if any.

23. The Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions is also available. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict in the interpretation of these Terms and Condition, the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as equivalent and each of the Terms and Conditions stipulated shall carry the same meaning.
