Is there a fixed security deposit onCredit Limit Monitoring accounts?Credit limits and security deposit amounts may vary between customers depending on the results of the credit assessment at the time of activation. The Credit Limit assigned and/or the Security Deposit requested is based on the results of a Rogers credit assessment.9. If I’m assigned a security deposit, when will I have the security deposit returned to me?Security deposits are held on your account for a minimum of one year from the date of payment of the deposit. Providing your CLM account is paid on time each month for this first year, your security deposit may be eligible for release to your account at the end of this period.10. Will my Credit Limit change? Can I request an increase / decrease or the removal of my limit?Your Credit Limit Amount may be increased or decreased at any time by Rogers. Notice will be sent to you of any such change. A security deposit may also be required at any time by Rogers as an addition to CLM or to replace CLM on your Account. Providing your CLM account is paid on time each month, you may be eligible for the removal of the Credit Limit Monitoring after 9 months.11. What is the maximum number of wireless phones that can be activated on an account?The maximum number of wireless phones is based on the results of a Rogers credit assessment. Please be reminded that any additional wireless phone charges are included in the calculation of your total CLM balance on your CLM account.12. Is a Credit Limit applied to each wireless line in an account or to the whole account combined?The Credit Limit applies to the whole account regardless of the number of wireless phones on the account.13. If my service is suspended after I reach or exceed my Credit LimitAmount how do I get my service restored?To restore your suspended service you can make a payment online by following the instructions below, or by calling us to make a payment. Your service will be restored after your payment is received and applied to your account. You can reach us at 1-800-267-2070. Alternatively, you can make a credit card payment to your account by simply dialing *CARD (*2273) on your cellular phone (In Canada).
