Go to . In the Online Banking box in the upper right corner of our webpage, click on “CLICK HERE TO ENROLL NOW.”

1. Enter your 4-Digit Member Number, Social Security Number, Email Address and Birth Date, and check the box to acknowledge you have read and agreed to the terms of the Online Banking Use & Electronic Statement Consent Agreement. Then click the “Sign Up” button.

2. Select a new Login ID and click the “Save” button. Please remember your new Login ID, because you will use it each time you log into online banking from now on.

3. When the screen below appears, you have successfully registered for Home Banking. Please retrieve your Temporary Password from the email account entered in Step 2 and click on “Click Here to Login.” (See below for an example of the email you will receive. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folders.)

4. Enter the login ID you created in step 3 and click the “Login” button. ***Please note this is not where you enter the temporary password that was sent to you (hang on to it for step 8).

5. Complete the authentication fields below and click the “Save” button.

Authentication Questions: Select and answer 3 of the available questions. They will be used to verify your identity any time you log in on an unrecognized computer/device.

Confidence Word: Enter a unique and memorable word. It will be displayed each time you login, so you can be confident you are on our authentic online banking site.

Remember me on this computer: Check the box if you are enrolling from your primary computer, and you do not want to be required to answer a security question when logging in from this computer in the future.

6. When the message below appears, you have successfully set up your authentication questions and confidence word. Click on “Click Here to Login”.

7. You will return to the login screen one final time. The confidence word you set up in step 6 should now be displayed for you. You will need to enter the temporary password emailed to you in step 4 and click the “Login” button.

8. If you did not select “Remember me on this computer” during step 6, you will be required to answer one of your authentication questions and enter your email address. Members who selected “Remember me on this computer” will continue directly to step 10.

9. Change your password by completing the required fields below and clicking the “Change” button.

Login ID: Enter the Login ID you selected in step 3. Remember, this will be your login ID each time you use online banking from now on.

Current Password: Enter the temporary password emailed to you in Step 4

New Password: Select a new password that you will use each time you log in to online banking from now on. The password requirements are:

• At least 8 Characters in Length

• Must contain 1 Capital Letter

• Must contain 1 Number

• Must contain 1 of these Special Characters (!,@,#,$,%)

10. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the enrollment process, and can start enjoying your access to CCCU’s new online banking system.
