JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION Job titleMembership AdministratorSalary?20,000 - ?22,000Department Data and CRM TeamReports toData and CRM ManagerRole Objectives To ensure nasen’s CRM system is operating effectively and meeting the needs of the organisation.To respond to questions from members and potentials members of nasen.To maintain, update and input member data into nasen’s customer relationship management system (CRM) Salesforces.To produce and issue reports on our membership information to assist those working at nasen.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:To manage and respond to nasen members and potential members by email and phone as required.To ensure member enquiries which cannot be answered within the CRM and Data team are sent to the right department(s) in a timely manner.Develop, utilise and share standard responses to the most common questions we receive from our members and develop and keep up to date a Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQ”) listing for the website Enter, update and maintain data within nasen’s CRM system records including details as member detail, events, attendee details, communication preferences, contact details, etc.Develop, build and run regular reports from the CRM system for use by nasen departments such as education, marketing and commercial.Enter content onto the website in an accurate and timely manner.OtherTo undertake relevant training and development, as required.To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required, appropriate to the grade of the post, as agreed with the Data and CRM manager.Privacy Notice.uk/nasen-policies-and-legal Person SpecificationEducation and QualificationsGCSE passes in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent at a grade C or above. Knowledge and ExperiencePrevious administrative experience in a customer-facing environmentPrevious experience working in office environments.Previous experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)Previous experience of working with a website (desirable)Specific skills and behavioursGood interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to work both individually and as part of a team.Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and work to tight deadlines.Excellent IT skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, databases and the internet. Good numeracy skills and competence in creating and managing spreadsheets, data inputting and database work.Good organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.A professional approach to work with a high degree of discretion.Appreciation of equality and diversity issues in the workplace. ................
