Assembly Presentations: The main events of the assembly will be live-streamed. An unlisted link will be provided to you and communicators will also provide the unlisted link for those members not attending.

Bulletin Board: Messages and announcements may be posted near the main entrance by the O'Hare Ballroom. The hotel does not permit posting of materials on the wall.

Contemplative Prayer Space: The Balmoral Ballroom will be available for quiet prayer and reflection. Friday and Saturday: 6 am to 11 pm AND Sunday: 6 am to noon

Exhibitors: Please make sure you visit the exhibitors.

Folders: There is a place on the back of the folder for you to put your name and table number.

Hotel Amenities: n Complimentary wireless in every hotel room. n Refrigerators are available in every room. n Check hotel websites for additional amenities

Hotel Gratuity Suggestions: Hotel staff are frequently changed each day. We suggest that you leave $2$3/each night and $5-$6 at check-out. Bell staff should be tipped $2-$3 unless you have multiple luggage pieces.

Lost and Found: A lost and found will be located in the staff office ? Gatwick

Meals: All meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) are included in the registration fees except for Friday dinner which is on your own. All will be served at the Crowne.

The Caddy Shack restaurant (located next to the Crowne Hotel) can accommodate 200 people and they are aware that we begin at 7:00 pm on Thursday and will arrange additional seating.

Friday Social: Line dancing and karaoke will be available in O'Hare I-III. Bring your cards, swim suits, puzzles for creation of other social activities.
