Responsible to: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

|Job Purpose: |

|To act as the Administrative Assistant within the Centre. |

|Duties and responsibilities: |

|1 |To assist on administrative processes for the Centre in line with Tees Active procedures and in liaison with Administration Officer. |

|2 | |

| |To assist in the administration work associated with timesheets, absence returns, holiday leave requests and basic salary queries. |

|3 |To raise purchase orders, debtors invoice requests and creditors payment procedure using the Agresso system, petty cash, cash floats and to|

| |maintain appropriate records. |

|4 |To carry out general administrative duties related to usage of facilities including typing, filing, photocopying, insurance claims etc. |

|5 |To assist with stocktaking process including undertaking physical checks. |

|6 | |

| |To provide reception cover as and when required. |

|7 | |

| |To be aware of and adhere to all Tees Active Ltd financial, legal and administrative policies and procedures. |

|8 | |

| |To promote the Company by acting professionally at all times ensuring that customer care issues are integrated in the delivery of the |

| |Administration and Reception Service within the centre, as appropriate. |
