Sales RepresentativeOur client has many locations in the Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding Twin Cities area. They are looking for Sales Representatives to join one of their many locations. The purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction through relationship selling based on the companies World Selling System. Job Description- Accompany customers through the show floor during their entire shopping experience, (approximately 7-9 miles per day). - Answer incoming calls and e-mails with a professional, timely response, as directed by the Manager. - Present a positive, professional image to all customers, partners and coworkers at all times. Your attitude and performance is a direct reflection of our client and influences the impression that we leave with the customer.- Solve customer issues and follow up to confirm resolution. - Ensure show floor is customer-ready at all times.- Make calculated, informed decisions in all areas that affect profitability while minimizing unnecessary profit loss by paying attention to detail and taking action to avoid pricing errors, order entry mistakes, and sales variances.- Work with Customer Support Manager to ensure customer satisfaction is met at all points of contact beyond the sale.Qualifications- High School Diploma or G.E.D.- Sales Experience Preferred- Customer Service Experience - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Skills- Clear Communication Skills- Active Listening - Ability to Develop Relationships- Basic Computer Skills- Problem Resolution - Positive Attitude ................
