There are many places that I have traveled to that are all quite enchanting. However, there is one place that seems to entice me the most of all. In my opinion I strongly feel that school is the best place that anyone could be at! I have numerous reasons to support this. My first reason is that I enjoy all of the social activities that go on in schools. My second reason that school is an amazing place to be is because we play so many fun games! My final reason for believing that school is the best place to be is due to all of the visitors we get to have. School offers so many interesting opportunities and is definitely my favorite place in the world. To start, schools are amazing places to be because they are always buzzing with social interactions! Recess allows students a chance to mingle while playing games with their peers. In class, group assignments can open minds to the viewpoints of other learners. Group activities, such as the 3Dux engineering design challenge, present students with moments where they can freely voice their ideas. I thoroughly enjoy hearing partner discussions during pauses for a read aloud because this encourages students to openly share their thoughts. The students in my class find joy in sharing their writing with peers and some love to hear the stories that others have written. Schools are a special place to be because they help people develop valuable social connections.Another reason that school is an amusing place to be is because we get to play fun games! A popular activity we would do in class is called GoNoodle and we used it to perform brain breaks. These brain breaks involved silly videos that allowed us to get up, dance around, give a high-five, or even a chance to raise the falling roof. In addition, in school we played a math game called Around the World. This game was extremely competitive and enabled students to incorporate physical motions into their learning environment as they answered multiplication questions. A different example of a fun game is when we would pair up with a partner to act out a scenario for 2nd Step. We were all entertained, yet we were still learning social skills. A final activity that we have fun with in class is our drama circle. Fun-loving students burst with liveliness as they try to make others guess what they are acting out. Games are just another reason why schools are supreme places to be because they offer another chance to solidify friendships and come closer together. My final reason for believing that school is the prime place I want to be is because we have incredible visitors that come in and make a positive impact! Guests add to the classroom charm and contribute priceless memories. Recently we had a fossil lab and Mrs. Greening amazed us all when she showed us the fossilized feces. Additionally, we were all pleased when Mr. JR came in to read us the engaging book “The Day the Crayons Quit” and how he made us all smile when he read the funny parts! Every time Mr. Rick came in to volunteer not only was he reading articles with students, but he also instilled the value behind the learning. When Ms. Tapper visited our class she gave gentle birthday bops with an adorable balloon while we would passionately count them out to celebrate their precious years of life. In the end, I know we all deeply value our parent volunteers as well! They have helped set up our snazzy class parties, enhanced our learning on field trips, and assisted with our grade level reward celebrations. School is such a warm and welcoming destination to visit thanks to the dedicated community that joins in for the life-long learning journey! In conclusion, there are countless awe-inspiring places in the world, yet I deeply believe that school is the finest place you could be in the entire universe. There are multiple reasons that convinced me to form this opinion. My first reason is that schools empower students to build social skills in a healthy manner. The second reason is that school features games that bring learning to life in such a fun way. My final reason is schools involve the entire community and reminds us that we are all invested in the learning process. I challenge you to find a way to get involved in a school near you so you can also experience the connecting conversations, learning through goofy games, and become the charming company that makes a difference! ................
