The Chinese DanceSport Federation is pleased to invite your couples to compete in the 2019 Chengdu World DanceSport Festival China, WDSF World Championship U21 Latin & WDSF International Open Standard & Latin to be held from 21st-22nd Sept, in Chengdu City, SiChuan Province, China.

DATE: 21st-22nd Sept 2019 (Saturday and Sunday)

EXPENSES:

Participating couples must pay travelling expenses. The organizers shall provide 2 nights accommodations (20th-21st or 21st-22nd) with breakfast for all overseas couples. Those who will participate in 2 events will be offered 3 nights free accommodations(20th-22nd)

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE PACKAGE FOR OFFICIALS AND COACHES:

Each country may nominate an official coach for the athletes.

Nominated officials can opt for a special package at RMB 800 (Euro100) that includes:

*One tickets for two days (21st – 22nd Sept)

*One Competition Souvenir programme

*Welcome dinner party

*Supper on Saturday and Sunday evening after the competition

*Local transportation between Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and hotel and between official hotel and competition venue

*Hotel at additional 580 RMB per room per night

Special Package for other companions and supporters:

*Local transportation between Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and hotel and between official hotel and competition venue : 150RMB/person

*Welcome party: 200RMB/person

*Supper on the evening after the competition：100RMB/person

*Day tickets at 100 RMB, Evening Tickets at 150 or 200 RMB, VIP Tickets at 580 RMB

*Hotel at additional 580 RMB per room per night

ADJUDICATORS: An International panel of adjudicators will be nominated by WDSF.

ENTRIES: WDSF member bodies may nominate any number of couples for WDSF World Championship U21 Latin. All couples to participate in WDSF World Championship U21 Latin are welcome to take part in WDSF International Open.

TRANSPORTATION: The Organizer provides transportation for judges and nominated athletes between Chengdu Shuangliu Airport and the official hotel plus between official hotel and the venue.

VISA APPLICATIONS: A must for all, please send photo copy of your passport by 1st August 2019 to Miss Hannah at chinadance@vip. for an invitation letter or a hotel confirmation letter (for tourist visa) for visa application and insurance. It may take a week or more to get a letter.

SPECIAL REMINDER : All athletes and judges must leave the territory of China on the official arrival and departure date as supported by the Chinese DanceSport Federation and are not allowed to take part in any other unofficial activities NOT organized by the Chinese DanceSport Federation. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee is obliged to report to the Chinese immigration office.

RULES:

1. All couples must be members of their respective WDSF member organization.

2. All couples must attend rehearsals and opening ceremony as required by the Organizer.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule. Please refer to the updated notice by the Organizer.

4. The Organizer shall not accept any liability, claims of injuries, damage or loss by the couples.

5. In the event of Television coverage or Production of a Video Recording for commercial purpose of any part of the event, all couples agree that the rights to any fees from such television or video recording will vest solely with the Organizer. No couple or association shall have any claim against the Organizer, Television company or video producer at any such event.
