|Jurisdiction |Question(s) |

| |I am reviewing the annual report online process and would like to hear from those of you who have online annual report filings. |

| | |

| |My questions are: |

| | |

| |1. Do you require a login and password to file the annual report; and if so |

| | |

| |2. What is the percentage of documents received electronically? |

|Manitoba | |

|Corporations Canada |Corporations Canada offers an online service for filing Annual Returns, but does not require a login or password to submit them. |

| | |

| |97.5% of the Annual Returns filed were filed online through our Online Filing Centre. |

|Alabama | |

|Alaska | |

|Arizona |Arizona has had online annual report filing for many years. We are up to 87% filed online. |

| | |

| |In December, we just rolled out a new, improved online process. More validation was built into the online process and now the computer does the examination. If it |

| |passes, the document is approved by next business day, with no expedite fee required. |

| | |

| |Due to current system limitations, we will still have quite a few paper documents going forward, but a new system is on its way. |

|Arkansas | |

|California | |

|Colorado | |

|Connecticut | |

|Delaware | |

|District of Columbia |Yes, For biennial reports it is over 85%; for other online filings it is between 50-80%. |

|Florida |Florida, does not require a userid and password. |

|Georgia |Georgia does not require a login to file annual reports. |

| | |

| |98% of our AR filings are filed online. |

|Hawaii |Hawaii does not require a login and password. Annuals are filed at 88%. |

|Idaho | |

|Illinois | |

|Indiana |Indiana requires a user name and password to access the INBiz application for all filing types. We have had the new application up since April, and previously did not |

| |require any type of sign in. |

| | |

| |Indiana has offered online business entity reports for around 15 years and we have had a great adoption rate for many years. It did not take long for the adoption rate |

| |to hit 85% and then it stayed there for a long time - creeping up a little each year. |

| | |

| |The report from April through today shows an adoption rate of 94%. The addition of user name and password is not discouraging people from filing online. |

|Iowa | |

|Kansas | |

|Kentucky | |

|Louisiana | |

|Maine |No login or password is required - they do need to have their corporate charter number to retrieve their annual report. 90% of annual report filings were done in 2016. |

|Maryland | |

|Massachusetts |Massachusetts does have online filings for annual reports (and all other documents). Each entity is assigned a User Id and Password. 74% of the filings we receive are |

| |submitted electronically at this point. About 80% of annual reports are filed electronically. |

|Michigan | |

|Minnesota |Minnesota requires a login and password to file renewals online. |

| |92% of the annuals were filed online. |

|Mississippi | |

|Missouri | |

|Montana |Yes. Our customers would log into our system using E-Pass with their username and password for security. These accounts are free, but are necessary to access our SIMS |

| |system. The SIMS accounts are established for either principals or registered agents of the entity. Once established, the E-Pass verification is the only |

| |username/password they need to remember |

| | |

| |Last year using our previous BEAR system, for electronically filed Annual Reports we had a 96% adoption for filing online. Our new SIMS system just went live in August so|

| |I won't have the adoption rates for it until after the AR season ends on April 15th. |

|Nebraska | |

|Nevada |Yes we do require a login and password to file the annual report; and |

| |The percentage of documents received electronically is approximately 80%. |

|New Hampshire | |

|New Jersey | |

|New Mexico | |

|New York | |

|North Carolina | |

|North Dakota | |

|Ohio | |

|Oklahoma | |

|Oregon | |

|Pennsylvania | |

|Rhode Island |Rhode Island does have online annual report filing that requires CID/PIN access. According to our year-end figures 62% of all annual reports are filed electronically. |

| | |

| |I'm not sure if the adoption rate is the same in every state but for us 88% of foreign annual reports are filed electronically vs 48 - 56% of domestic reports. If anyone|

| |has successfully increased their domestic adoption rate, let me know!! |

|South Carolina | |

|South Dakota | |

|Tennessee | |

|Texas | |

|Utah |Utah receives an average of 93% renewals online....yes, there is a login process. |

|Vermont | |

|Virginia | |

|Washington | |

|West Virginia |WV, as of this year does not required a login and password to file the annual report - as of last year we had 87% of annual reports filed online |

|Wisconsin | |

|Wyoming | |
