6. Presentation by Monty Taylor of P&K Equipment ? Monty Taylor thanked the Commissioners and CED#1 and spoke briefly about P&K's new rotary cutter that was designed specifically for county roadways.

C. COG Representatives ? No representatives were present.

D. ODOT - Local Government ? James Pruett with ODOT stated that ODOT needs locations on all major collector storm damaged sites. All County Commissioners should have received an email with a site map. He asked that they follow the email instructions and pinpoint the locations. Mr. Pruett also mentioned that the bids came out today on 6 projects. There will be CED#1 letting in: July (1 project), August (2 projects), October (2 projects), November (1 project). Any other projects the are cleared for letting will be schedule for a Nov 2019 letting. ? Bruce Martin from ODOT Division 8 said that FEMA has added counties for disaster relief and now OEM is starting to work the ER sites. He also mentioned that he has begun working on ER sites and that the Commissioners need to fill out an Emergency Relief Form and email back to him. He said to fill it out the form for the worst and most expensive projects first and then move on to other sites. Bruce will help with FEMA sites if requested.

E. OCCEDB ? No correspondence was given.

F. ACCO / SIG-SIF / Legislative ? Russell Earls gave a report on ACCO stating the legislators will return $30 million to the CIRB account on July 1st. He also stated that ACCO was trying to return another $20 million next year. He indicated the Counties need to lobby to get the cap on the CIRB funds removed. ? Mike Dunlap reported on the status of claims and finances for SIG-SIF stating that over half of the claims come from law enforcement. He handed out information for each County.

G. County Advisory Board (CAB) ? Commissioner Ryan Ball stated that insurance documents were due at the end of July for revolving funds on equipment. He also said the Counties need to verify the equipment list on the insurance documents.

H. NACO report ? Ron Burrows announced that the NACO conference was July 12-16 in Los Angeles.

11. Discussion and possible action to approve projects and funding on the following programs:

a. Emergency Transportation Revolving (ETR) Fund

? John Blickensderfer stated to the board that there were several ETR Extensions and that need to approval before forwarding them to OCCEDB.

? Russell Earls made a motion to approve the ETR Extensions, David Poindexter

seconded.
