CALL TO ORDER

Dr. Camp called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

REVIEW OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Dr. Kelman, seconded by Dr. Morgan to approve the March 15, 2007 minutes as presented. The motion was unanimously carried.

NEW BUSINESS

Elections of Officers

The Board held an election of officers for the President, Secretary and Complaint Officer.

Dr. Camp made a motion, seconded by Mr. Houghton to approve the following:

Dr. Morgan as President

Dr. Cowan as Secretary

Dr. Camp as Complaint Officer

The motion was unanimously carried.

Discussion of Strategic Planning

The discussion of strategic planning has been tabled until the next meeting.

Review of Applications

A motion was made by Dr. Morgan, seconded by Mr. Houghton to approve the following application:
