New Student Registration ? Wed, Aug. 7th- Fri, Aug. 9th? BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ? Call 634-1967 option 3 (this registration is for new students to Washington County School District ? including those students transferring to SCHS from Dixie, Pine View, Desert Hills, Hurricane High, Enterprise High and Water Canyon Schools.

Class Change Info - All class changes will be handled as follows: Monday. Aug. 5 ,th 8:30-2:30 ? Seniors (only) Tuesday. Aug. 6 ,th 8:30-2:30 ? Juniors & Sophomores (only)

1. $10.00 class change fee (not per class) paid at the Counseling Office (Cash Only). 2. Updated Class changes will show on secure4., after 5:00 pm on the

day the change is made. 3. DON'T pay school fees before class changes are done.

? CLASS FEES: Will be taken at SCHS during registration (Aug 8th & 9th), or ONLINE AT WWW.SECURE4. starting July 27th. Without fees being paid, the student may not be able to use the materials needed to receive a grade from these classes.

Monday, Aug. 12th -- First Day of School ? Gold day On the first day of school ? students are required to attend Sophomores start at 8:15 a.m. Juniors & seniors start at 12:30 p.m. Lifetouch photographers will be here the first two days of school to take school pictures for yearbook/ID card photos as well as for purchase.

Tuesday, Aug. 13th - A day ? class start at 8:15 a.m.

? BELL SCHEDULE FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR: The school day will begin at 8:15 a.m. and

students will be released at 2:45 p.m. This schedule is for Monday through Friday.

? FEE WAIVERS: Applications for Fee Waivers must be received by September 27, 2019 to be granted for the 2019-2020 school year. Go to to download and print the 2019-2020 form. Click on Forms, Fee Waiver Application grade 7-12. Waiver forms may be picked up at SCHS during registration hours. Along with the completed waiver form, we also need the last three pay stubs for the parents or 2018 income tax return.

? UPDATE INFO: Please verify all information on Powerschool updating home address, home phone, parents' cell numbers, and parents' email addresses. We will be sending failing notices, attendance etc. to you by email. To receive your students' grades you need to have a parent/guardian Powerschool account.

? SCHOOL BREAKFAST/LUNCH: SCHS will have a National School Breakfast and Lunch Program. Breakfast is $1.75 and lunch is $2.60 per day. Free and reduced lunch program applications will be accepted ONLINE after August 1st. Students must show school ID in lunch line. Lunch account balances may be viewed on your students Powerschool account. You may pay for school lunch online at

? PTSA ? Each and every year the PTSA at Snow Canyon High School is very involved. The PTSA supports the students and faculty in several ways. During the week of registration the PTSA is handing out lockers. They thank our teachers and staff for the great job they do by providing a lunch and birthday remembrances. Reflections, Battle of the Bands, and cotton candy sales at outside events are just some of the opportunities they provide for the students. The PTSA would like to thank all those families for their support over the years. We would ask that you continue that support by becoming members of the PTSA. You can buy memberships for both you and your students when paying school fees on WWW.SECURE4.
