9. Guarantee obligations

The manufacturer guarantees the reliability of the operation of an individual LASERWAR set if the consumer has complied with the conditions of use. Technical support is provided within 18 months of the sale date. The manufacturer undertakes to replace or repair an individual set of equipment free of charge, if the customer has complied with the rules for the device transportation, storage, operation and delivery of defective equipment to Smolensk City.

The warranty is 14 days for batteries, speakers, and IR modules. These components are expendable materials.

PLEASE NOTE! In the case of improper operation of the accumulator (charging by an unrelated type of a charger), the warranty doesn't cover the battery!

Equipment Maintenance Rules

1. Weather conditions. At the course of manufacture, we make different tests to see how well the equipment works under different weather conditions. Despite this, we strongly recommend that the equipment shouldn’t be used in the rain and at temperatures below -20 ° C.

What should I know when using the equipment in poor weather conditions?

The most important thing is to avoid getting moisture inside the device. If this happened, turn off the device, dry the equipment at room temperature for at least two hours.

Having used the device at low temperatures don't try to charge it immediately after the game. Wait for electronics to warm up.

Do not reload the weapon at temperatures below 0 ° C.

2. Batteries. The device uses two batteries (PbSLA and Li+).

Use special Sonar charges for lead acid batteries and universal Li+ charges for lithium ones.

You can control the recharge process with the help of a special indicator. If the battery is low, the LED is red; When the recharge process is complete, the color will be changed to green.

Don't forget to use different charging devices with different batteries.

Don't forget to charge the equipment right after the game. First of all, connect the charger to the rifle and only then to the network.

3. Headband. When using headbands pay attention to hygienic cuffs. They will protect electronic parts from moisture. The cuffs are placed on the inside part of the headband. You can remove them quite easily.

Over time, the cable is stretched, and the wire insulation may be damaged. It is therefore necessary to repair the cable in a timely manner and replace the RJ-12 contact or change the entire cable.

We don't recommend you to disconnect headbands during the transportation, storage or usage of laser tag equipment. This improves the reliability of the connection, makes no harm to the connectors.

Dear customers. During the game we strongly recommend that you avoid frequently turning hardware on/off. In a standby mode it can work for a long time.

Note: Store the equipment in a well-ventilated room at temperature from + 18°C to + 30°C and relative humidity of 45-65%. Store equipment only in charged state (ideally under nominal voltage conditions).
