(1) The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

(2) Chairperson's report: Jay's Place has agreed to check IDs and Mr. Fenwick indicated that a scanner has been ordered.

(3) Captain Duffy reported crimes are up this year by 19, or 8% over last year. However, last year was a very low year for the idea. The largest increase was in identity theft, including credit card fraud.

(4) The Fire Department submitted a written report that this year there were 280 structural fires and 231 non-structural fires.

(5) Plateau on Broadway submitted a transfer of license request, and they will be invited to the next meeting.

(6) The meeting was adjourned.
