One of our companies’ main products is Diet Coke Plus. The labels on the cans and bottles state that there is a variety of vitamins and minerals in the drink. Diet Coke Plus is getting some backlash for having this printed on the labels. However, there is nothing false about this statement. That statement is not claiming that the drink is 100% healthy; it is claiming that there are healthy factors. Compared to other products in the Coca-Cola line and in other comparable products, Diet Coke Plus is better for your body. We have never claimed that Diet Coke Plus, nor any Coca-Cola product is a replacement for milk, juice, water or a balanced diet, but instead it is a refreshing alternative. Another product in the Coca-Cola family is Vitamin Water. Just from the name the drinks sound like they are made for people with an active lifestyle; that’s because it is. The Coca-Cola Company never claimed that the Vitamin Water line was the healthiest drinks available. The drinks do in fact contain vitamins, which help your body on a day to day basis. If you compare Vitamin Water to some of its competitors it is the healthiest choice you can pick in that category. Vitamin Water’s biggest competitors are rejuvenator drinks, which is something that Vitamin Water also does. However, their biggest competitor does not supply its consumers with vitamins or any nutritional value. Coca-Cola is a company with homely values and through our values we try to help the community. Although we acknowledge that our nutrition labels have not always been as easy to understand as we had originally hoped, we are using the concerns and complaints about the labels to make them more users friendly. A strong company is one that listens to its customer’s thoughts, ideas, suggestions and concerns and uses those to make its products better. We are doing exactly that thanks to the concerned voices of the community we aim to help through accomplishing our values. ................
