The Digital Marketing, Manager is responsible for executing marketing and communications strategies in pursuit of organizational outcomes. The Manager will deploy messages through Groundswell’s various communications channels while developing and executing strategies for communicating with Groundswell’s current customers and prospective customers.Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will help manage the social media accounts; draft copy for digital/ad campaigns; assist in the development and execution of digital strategies; and coordinate with internal and external teams on campaign development. The Associate will coordinate marketing and communications social media strategies with the Director, Communications & PENSATIONCompensation at the Manager level with fulltime employee benefits package.BENEFITSGroundswell provides a laptop and other office materials and a monthly stipend for cellular telephone use pursuant to the company policy in place at the time of payment. Eligible for health, dental, vision and prescription benefits. Groundswell pays monthly healthcare premiums for all full-time employees. Groundswell also covers 50% of spouse and dependents covered under the Groundswell healthcare reference plan.Retirement benefits: 401 (k) account and commitment to provide 4% matching.
