JOB DESCRIPTIONDate:February 2019 Job Title:Corporate Services Team Leader Manager:Human Resources Director OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Corporate Services team provides a centralised efficient business support and administrative service to the Executive Team, Board, Management Team and colleagues ensuring high standards, key performance indicators, service level agreements and business objectives are met at all times.The postholder will be accountable for the governance administration for Weslo and supervise the multi-skilled Corporate Services Team.MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Supervise the day to day activity of the Corporate Services Team providing guidance and support.Develop, implement and maintain systems to ensure compliance with the Articles of Association, Lenders, Legislation, Scottish Housing Regulator [SHR], Office of the Scottish Charities Regulator [OSCR]; Companies House and Government agencies, liaising with legal advisers as required.Support the Executive Team and Board with the preparation of Annual Assurance Statements to the Scottish Housing Regulator.Maintain and keep updated the company’s Risk Governance Framework, Risk Policy, Risk appetite statement and Corporate Risk Register regular review and approval.Develop efficient systems in preparation for Freedom of Information [FOI] ensuring compliance.Maintain and develop effective systems to monitor and report on GDPR compliance. Ensure Board members are issued with the relevant appointment and information to fulfil their governance responsibilities.
