cJob Description / SpecificationJob Title:Head of Product Management Reporting To Job Title:Product and Marketing DirectorLocation Department:Technical / Marketing Organisation StructurePurpose of the PositionTo drive business growth, both turnover and margin, through the creation and promotion of Whitecroft’s product proposition.Key Responsibilities1To be the focal point and knowledge leader on: Product, Price, Proposition and Promotion at Whitecroft Lighting.2Customer focused and our customer's representative within the business.3To work closely with the senior leadership team to leverage what we are and clearly focus on where we are going in the future.4Create and use data to enable the business to make informed decisions on product management and other projects.5Define and execute the product roadmap balanced around PLM and innovation.6Test and measure product changes/implementation ensuring the product proposition delivers 30% of business sales from products <3years in age.7Setting pricing policy and completing commercial assessments for new and existing products.8Working in collaboration with all Whitecroft functions/teams to achieve timely launches.9Conduct regular market research (VoC), competitor and sales analysis in support of project proposals.10Managing existing and identifying new technology/proposition partners, especially in the field of Circularity.11Develop effective marketing promotion in line with the marketing budget.12To lead the Product Management and Marketing functions but with a clear focus on Product Management deliverables.Specific Skill RequirementsEssentialDesirableEducation / Technical Skills Degree or equivalent qualification in Business / Engineering / Technical or related field.5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager preferably within a mechanical and electrical environment.Experience of working on a B2B project sales in the built environment.Experience of conducting market research (VoC), competitor and sales analysis.Experience of managing road maps and marketing plans.
