Job Description Job Title Future Leaders Co-Facilitator & Programme WorkerResponsible ToHolywell Trust Board of Trustees Reports To Director of Holywell Trust Salary ?25759.76 pa (initial 3 month contract - to be extended dependent on funding and performance)Post Commences February 2020Hours37.5 hours per weekSummary of Main Responsibilities Co-facilitation of Future Leaders project and support on delivery of other Holywell Trust projects. Principal Duties & Tasks Future Leaders Project Support the Director in the delivery of the Future Leaders Project. Support with the delivery of all aspects of the Future Leaders programme - recruitment, facilitation, course development, delivery of training, evaluations, administration etc. Support Future Leaders participants in their journey through the programme.To identify and co-ordinate visits of expert speakers.Promote the project and associated project events/activities.To co-ordinate the delivery of the community projects element of the programme. Compile press releases, public advertisements, promotional fliers and promotional emails when required.Carry out event management activities associated with the project.Manage the administration associated with the project.Prepare reports as required for the funder and Trustees of Holywell Trust/DiverseCity Community Partnership. Operate within budget and keep full financial records of expenditure and expenses. With the support of the Director and Trustees, to secure resources to ensure the delivery of the Future Leaders programme beyond current funding periods. Carry out any other reasonable duties, which may be allocated by Holywell Trust Director. Personal Specification Attainments Please address each of the following when applying for this position. Essential Criteria Third level education, degree or equivalent (or five years relevant work experience)Previous delivery of successful community focused projects/programmes with local community and key stakeholders.A minimum of two years working in a project delivery role.Good organisational skills.Desirable Criteria Strong knowledge of social and political issues in Northern Ireland. Experience of liaising with statutory, voluntary and private organisations as well as the general public. Track record of securing resources from a range of funders. Special Aptitudes An interest and understanding of the work of Holywell Trust. High standard of verbal and written communication. Ability to work without supervision. An awareness of community relations issues and a background of working with all communities. Good organisational skills including an ability to prioritise workload. The ability to work within strict deadlines.Disposition To work within the aims and objectives of Holywell Trust. The ability and willingness to work flexible and unsocial (evening & weekend) hours. ................
