In accordance with our product life cycle management procedure, Bourns is transferring the Model CD-SOT236-T15, CD-SOT236-T15C, CDSOT236-T24 and CDSOT236-T24C TVS Diode Arrays to an End of Product Life status on February 1, 2023. A lack of sales volume and diminishing demand necessitates this action.
