How and where do I upload a Birth Certificate Document Repository

This article will show you how and where to upload a birth certificate to a user's profile.

Step One: Log into your account using your email and

password created for the account. Click "Account" in the top menu bar. Next click on "Family"

in the left navigation bar. Click into the specific player and follow the instructions below:

Step Two: Click on ¡°Documents¡±

Step Three: Click on ¡°New Document¡±

Step Four: Go to ¡°Document Repository¡± Select one: from the drop down, menu choose ¡°Fort

Step Five: Go to ¡°Document Label¡± Select one and choose ¡°Birth Certificate Upload¡±

Step Six: Go to ¡°File¡± Choose File (choose the file you want to upload from your computer).
