Recreation and activities in Downtown OrlandoPAYMENTS:PAYMENT #1 - September 25, 2015$250 non-refundable deposit to secure student placement on tripPAYMENT #2 - November 20, 2015$250 PaymentPAYMENT #3 - January 22, 2015$250 PaymentPAYMENT #4 – February 26, 2015$250 PaymentPAYMENT #5 – March 25, 2015Remaining BalanceALL CHECKS MADE PAYABLE TO: CBSIMPAParents not wishing to use the payment plan are allowed to pay multiple payments in advance.Cost Includes: Motorcoach and Air transportation and associated fees, Hotel, breakfasts, dinners, one meal coupon for the amusement parks, trip escort, trip insurance, private night security for hotel, admissions, concert performances, fees for clinics/masterclass, as well as other rental fees, instrument/equipment transportation tips, taxes, and service charges. *Final Cost will be determined after the initial deposit secures air fare rates.*Cancellation: A student who commits to attending the trip by paying the deposit and then backs out at a later date will lose some or all of their money depending on the proximity to the date of the trip and whether or not an acceptable replacement can be found. With this in mind, please check and clear your schedule in advance. Please notify the director in writing (email is fine) as soon as possible if you change your plans to attend the trip so that the maximum refund (if any) can be offered. We are contractually bound to our tour company to honor our payment schedule and to notify them in writing of cancellations. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the departure incur a $100 per seat penalty, plus any non-refundable ticket charges. Cancellations between 90 - 45 days before departure incur a $200 per seat charge, plus any non-refundable ticket charges. Cancellations made with fewer than 45 days prior to departure will lose all money paid. CHAPERONES:We will need a few parent chaperones for this trip. These trips are fun and you get to spend time with the BEST students in Central Bucks. I highly recommend it? (I will do most of the difficult stuff myself, so that you can enjoy the time and just assist where needed). The cost of the trip for PARENT CHAPERONES is mostly determined by how many students are going on the trip. I cannot give a final cost at this time, but we are expecting the chaperone price to be approximately $400-$500.
