Assume you are starting a new business venture. What a grand opportunity. However, you must complete several steps to actually activate your business. Complete the following steps to demonstrate your knowledge of starting a business:

3. What licenses are required and the costs?
4. Where do you file the fictitious name certificate and the cost?
5. Identify the principals involved in your business?
6. What is the minimum amount of capital required to initiate your new business venture?
7. What is the time duration/lag before your business will actually be activated and recognized as a legal, legitimate business venture.
