"remarks" section at the bottom of LES Due process - DMPO sends a debt notification letter to

Soldier's unit, informing of debt, affording 30 days to respond. Soldier may request debt remission (AR 600-4) Limitation on collections - up to 2/3 of unallotted pay may collect each month
