If you have previously

configured mail on your

device you may need to

remove your existing profile

first then follow below.

Disconnect from the DoE network and connect to 4G

Launch the Outook app.

If prompted with a personal account select Skip - image 1

Enter your DoE email address

and select Add account -

When prompted to log in to your DoE account, select Not Office 365 - image 3

Select Change Account Provider - image 4

Enter in your DoE email

address and password, a description, the server mobile.det.nsw.edu.au, the

domain detnsw and your DoE email address as your

username and select Sign In.

Select Maybe Later for setting up a new account image 7

Enable notifications by

selecting Turn On - image 4

You can reconnect to the

DoE Wi-Fi if required
