There once was a funky monkey, Who was chocolaty brown and hung upside down.

Along came a honky donkey Tasked to bear a basket full of sweetly ripe fruit.

"Oh my" cried the funky monkey. "I have lived in the jungle all of my life, heed my advice; Those bananas won't last, you cannot travel that fast. The sun will soon set, turning this warmth into ice. Your legs are so small, surely, you'll trip and you'll fall. My lesson to you is lessen your burden you cannot succeed-- Indeed, it is I you should feed."

"Hmmmm," pondered the donkey; thinking, I've done this before and carried even more. For it was never a chore ? doing more than the rest; just expected, I guess. Despite the cynicism that harshened the criticism, And regardless of the absurd-ism that justified the reason, With a sageness, youthed by optimism, the donkey replied, "Treat yourself to a banana or two or even a few. Remember to always treat others, as you'd like to be treated."

Without a thought or a care, the funky monkey took as one pleases.

And the honky donkey shook his head and nonetheless was most pleased, Realizing this is, what it is, and so it will be, and I'm glad that I'm not a jackass.
