CHIEF INFORMATION/DIGITAL OFFICER, CLEVELAND MUSEUM OF ART (CMA) Jane Alexander is the Chief Information/Digital Officer for the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA). Jane is a member of the museum's executive team and is responsible for creating, ongoing iteration, and advocacy of a vision for innovation, technology implementation, and digital strategies best applied to the CMA's mission. Jane oversees the strategy, concept, design, and implementation of interactive experiences, backend applications, and infrastructure design. 2013, under her leadership, the CMA completed the award-winning Gallery One and the revolutionary mobile app that transformed the museum into one of the most technologically advanced and engaging art destinations in the world.

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER, THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS Tracy Marek is the Executive Vice President of Marketing/Chief Marketing Officer for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena and has over 20 years of marketing and event production experience in the professional sports and entertainment industries. Tracy oversees all aspects of brand and creative development, fan development, advertising, promotions, graphic design, game entertainment, QTV video production and retail operations for the organization. Tracy and her team thrive on fan engagement opportunities, and take the leadership role in major fan-facing campaigns, including the teams NBA Playoff campaigns as well as the 2016 NBA Championship parade and rally, and the Championship Ring & Banner Ceremony.

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICE, CASE WESTERN RESERVE Sue Workman, VP for University Technology/CIO, Case Western Reserve University, will discuss some of the IT challenges that are unique to higher education, how to lead to inspire innovation, and some advantages of strategic planning. who owns the tech stack and how the roles of the CIO, CDO & CMO affect internal and external communications. Sue responsible for creating the vision and strategies that enable the delivery of technology solutions supporting the university's mission of teaching, learning, and research, along with the day-to-day functions of the university.
