|PURPOSE: |To provide swimmers one last chance to qualify for the YMCA PA East District Championship March |
| |13-14, 2010. |
|LOCATION: |Lionville Community YMCA |
| |100 Devon Drive |

|FACILITY: |Lionville Community YMCA, Hankin Natatorium |
| | |
| |This meet will be run in a 6 lane, 25-yard indoor pool with fully automatic timing. The starting |
| |end has a depth of 12 feet. The facility is equipped with Competitor lane lines, Colorado Timing |
| |System, Aqua Grip electronic pads, and a six line readout scoreboard. |
|ELIGIBILITY: |This meet is open to swimmers who are current, full-privilege members of their respective YMCA and |
| |who meet the entry times for their age group as determined by the swimmer's age on December 1, |
| |2009. This meet will be run according to current NCAA Swimming rules and regulations. |
|ENTRY |GENERAL: |
|LIMITS: |Entry limits will be based on time availability |
| |. |
|WARM-UP: |NCAA Swimming safety procedures will be enforced throughout the meet. Warm-ups are subject to the |
| |following procedures: |
| | |
| |Session 1: 10:00-10:20 AM General Swim |
| |Session 2: 10:20-10:25 AM Sprint Lanes |
| |Session 3: 10:30-10:50 AM General Swim |
| |Session 4: 10:50-10:55 AM Sprint Lanes |
| | |
| |Meet Start 11:00 AM (3 Hour Time Limit) |
| | |
| |No diving or backstroke starts will be permitted except during designated sprint sessions. |
| | |
| |The referee may remove anyone from the warm-up for failure to comply with the warm-up rules. |
| | |
| |Note: Swimmers violating safety procedures will be removed from the warm-up for the remainder of |
| |the warm-up session. Subsequent violations may cause the swimmer to be disqualified from the |
| |remainder of the meet. |
| | |
| |We will implement warm-up/warm-down sessions sporadically during the meet to allow for recovery time|
| |based on the size of the meet. |

|ENTRY FEES: |Electronic entries created using the Hy-Tek family of software are $4.00 per individual event. |

| |All LATE entry and deck entry fees are $5.00 per individual event. |

|RESULTS: |Final Results will be available on the LCY Swimming website in a (HTML) printable format. MM backup|

|DECK |By NCAA Swimming ruling, deck accesses are limited to swimmers, coaches, officials & meet workers. |
|ACCESS: |Officials and meet workers must wear their credentials to be allowed on deck. |
|SPECTATORS: |Balcony seating is available for up to 125 spectators. |
|PARKING: |There is limited on site parking for coaches, officials and meet volunteers. Overflow parking is |
| |available at neighboring Downingtown East High School. |

| |From PA Turnpike: |
| |Exit at #23/Downingtown. Head South on Rte. 100. At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Rte. 113.|
| |At 4th traffic light, turn left onto Devon Drive. The YMCA is on the right, just past the first stop|
| |sign. |
| |From Rte 202 Northbound: |
| |Exit at Rte. 100N/Exton. Follow Rte. 100 North for approximately 4 miles to Rte. 113 and turn left. |
| |At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Devon Drive. The YMCA is on the right, just past the first |
| |stop sign. |
| |From Rte. 202 Southbound: |
| |Exit at Rte. 30/Downingtown. Stay on Rte 30 (By-pass) to the Exton Route 100 N Exit. Turn right onto|
| |Rte. 100 at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow Rte. 100 North for approximately 3 miles to Rte. 113|
| |and turn left. At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Devon Drive. The YMCA is on the right, just |
| |past the first stop sign. |
