Hillsborough Community College in coordination with Microsoft is offering Office 365, the latest version of Microsoft Office 2016, to HCC students for free. *If you have trouble with the installation process, it is most likely an authentication issue. 1. Browse to HCC Hawknet Page-and login. 2. Once logged in, click on "Office 365" in the top left hand corner.

3. Under Install Now, click "Other Installs." This will allow you to install the full suite, including MS Access.

4. Click "Install" to being the installation process.

Please note that you DO NOT need a product key. You should activate your Office 365 installation with your HCC Hawkmail account (samplestudent@hawkmail.hccfl.edu) and your NetID password. Experiencing an issue downloading or installing Office 365 Pro Plus?

Each student can install and use Office on up to five machines being Mac or PC. You can also run Office Mobile for Android or Office Mobile for iPhone on up to five mobile devices.

Is this a full version Office and available for offline use? Yes, this is full Office on the PC Mac, iPhone, and Android platform and all are available for offline use.

Do students have to sign into Office 365 to use any of these applications with Office 365 ProPlus? Yes, a valid Office 365 ProPlus license tied to a valid Office 365 login for students is required to enable any of the four Office 365 ProPlus features.

What happens when I'm no longer a student or graduate from HCC? Once you are no longer a student or graduate from HCC, you will need to purchase a license or subscription directly from Microsoft to continue to use the programs on your devices, or you can uninstall them at that time.
