Good recruitment process and screening can test the kind of creativity required for different research activities, but sometimes we get negative reaction on sending profiles to clients... Eg 'why have you recruited an accountant?' In uk not so much about income but people seem to be labeled and pigeonholed more by what they do for a living. Any how from the time they see us in Focus Group or in depth we already tell a lot of stuff (before we even say a single word) So no use to hide. I really enjoyed the quality of content and incredibly giving spirit of the presenters, as well as the gorgeous setting and opportunities for connecting with quallies from around the world.
