Job TitleSenior CRM Dynamics DeveloperReporting toCRM Product ManagerOverview of roleThe post holder will be responsible for a full range of Dynamics 365 CE solution activities to support the IT strategy and the university wide vision.The role is for a senior developer on the MS Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE) platform. The post holder will be responsible for delivery of solution design and implementation to the King’s solution architecture as well as wider King’s IT standards. They will work with both business and IT stakeholders as well as being part of Dynamics project teams and will be comfortable working on multiple workstreams.The post holder will understand current trends and developments in MS Dynamics as well as the wider power platform.Some travel may be required, (predominately between the Quintrell Downs office and College campuses in London).AccountabilitiesMain Responsibilities:Implement new or enhanced CRM solutions in support of the strategic business goals of the university and the One King’s Relationship Management strategy and roadmap.Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with people at all levels at the university, providing guidance and disseminating relevant information as required.Work closely with other team members by facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders through regular meetings with members in other areas of IT to solve any issues which require collaboration.Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.Mentor junior members of the CRM delivery team.Ensure plans take into account problems, delays and new priorities; anticipate possible implementation difficulties and identify practical ways of overcoming or preventing them.Deliver solutions in line with the solution and enterprise architecture. Engage the experience and views of others, use own judgement and own specialist expertise to resolve issues; involve others appropriately in developing solutions to resolve new problemsKey objectives:To design and deliver innovative CRM solutions that represent good value in line with the university strategies and solution architecture designContribute to the success of King’s IT strategic ongoing implementation and roll out of Dynamics 365 CEContribute to the technical implementation of the One King’s Relationship Management strategy and CRM Programme roadmapTo contribute as required to the development of project business casesWork with stakeholders and end users in the Agile software development lifecycle ie., PM’s, Scrum Master, Product Owners, BA’s, Test team, Support & Admin teamKey skills and experience required(E) – Essential(D) – Desirable Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification or qualified by experience (E)ITIL Foundation (D)Industry recognised Dynamics 365 training (E)Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a business context (E)Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM technologies and implementations (E)Knowledge of data modelling techniques and tools (E)Requirements analysis and estimation (E)An understanding of the wider MS stack (PowerBI, Azure, Flow, SharePoint, OneDrive) (D)Significant experience of Enterprise MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects, ideally MS Dynamics 2016 & 365. Exposure to multiple dynamics modules such as sales, service, marketing (E)Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM, including forms, entities, workflows, business rules (E)Experience of C# & using the Dynamics CRM API (D)HTML, JavaScript, CSS, particularly around Dynamics portals (E)Experience of Source Control tools (E)Experience of Angular framework (D)History of working within a project solutions environment including authorship of analysis, design and solutions documents (E)Experience of working in a developing Agile environment and able to mentor others on best practice and approaches (E)Application Lifecycle Management experience involving multiple component environments (E)Understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept through to benefits realisation developed through real-life project experience (D)Experience of gathering non-functional and requirements and clarification of functional requirements to design and deliver solutions (E)Experience of gathering non-functional and requirements and clarification of functional requirements to design and deliver solutions (E)Ability to identify and manage priorities (E)Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills (E)Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience (E)Innovative and proactive approach to work (E)Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels (E) ................
