How to enroll in E-Bill express:



1. Select enroll on the right-hand

side of the page.

2. Enter your EEID# and PIN

You will receive your EEID# within your

monthly invoice notice. Enter your PIN: Two-digit

birth month, last four of Social Security Number.

For example if you were born in August and the

last 4 digits of your Social Security Number were

5295 your PIN would be 085295.

3. Complete your profile.

You will need to verify your address,

email and phone number. These are

all required fields.

4. Create a Login and password.

Enter your preferred Login ID

and password that meets

the requirements.

5. Select a security image and create a

label for your image.

The image will be used to confirm the email

is from E-Bill Express.

6. Select five security questions and

answer accordingly.

These questions will be used to verify

your identity if you forget your login

and password.

7. Read and agree to the Terms

of Service.

Click Terms of Service. A new page will

open for you to read and/or print. Then

click the box to agree to the Terms of

Service.

8. Add Payment Account

You can add your bank account or

credit card information.

9. Activate your account.

You will receive an email with a link to

activate your account. Make sure to

check the spam/junk folder. Once you

click on the link to activate your account,

You will be redirected to the E-Bill Login Page.

How to login for a one-time payment:



1. Select Pay Now on the top

left-hand side of the page.

2. Enter your EEID# and PIN then

click Pay Now.

You will receive your EEID# within your

monthly invoice. Enter your PIN: Two-digit

birth month, last four of Social Security

Number. For example if you were born in August

and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

were 5295 your PIN would be 085295.
