Q: How do I process a payment?

A: From the landing page, enter in your ¡®Bill To Customer Number¡¯ and Re-Enter in the

¡°Confirm Bill To Customer Number¡±, then click the ¡°Make a Payment¡± button.

Once you are on the home page:

1. Enter in the required information. Name, Phone, Email

2. Enter in your Payment Amount (remember to only pay 1

invoice per payment)

3. Select the Payee in the drop-down menu that you want this

payment to be made to.

4. Use the notepad to identify any additional payment information

5. Click on the ¡°Add A Payment Method¡± link to add your eCheck

information ¨C see next page

Steps 6 and 7 are done after entering the Payment method in Step

Adding your payment method:

1. Select Account Type- Personal OR

Business

2. Select Banking Type- Checking

Account OR Savings Account

3. Enter Name on the Account

4. Enter Bank Routing Number

5. Enter the Bank account number

6. Re-enter the Bank account number

7. Click Add

This will take you back to the Home Page

where you will proceed with entering the

invoice number, and continuing with

payment

Back on the Home Page- continue with step 6

Steps 6 and 7 are done after entering the Payment method

in Step 5

6. Enter the invoice number you are paying

7. Click on the ¡°Continue to Payment¡± button to take the

next step in the payment process.
