Market Leader Email Download Instructions

• Check your mail as normal. There should be an email from us (F.W. DODGE Dataline-Direct or dodge_dr_email ) in your email.

• Open the email from us. There should be an attached file (DDxxxx.zip or DLTxxxxx.zip) with the email. Double click on the attachment. It should ask you to either open it or save to disk. You want to SAVE TO DISK.

• Then it will ask you where you want to save it. You want to save it in this directory: C:\Dml95NT\download\

• If it comes up and gives you another directory, change it so it is saving it in the C:\Dml95NT\download\ directory.

• Once it is saved, close out of your email and Internet service. Open up your Market Leader program.

• In the market Leader program, click on the yellow paper icon (Report Manager) in the first row of icons.

• Then, a second row of icons should appear. Click on the red arrow icon (Import). Once that comes up, it should be set to Dataline Auto Import. If it is hit OK. (Note: If Manual Import is selected and the Auto Import is grayed out, your data file (DDxxxx.zip or DLTxxxxx.zip) is probably not in the C:\Dml95NT\download\ folder)

• It should start importing at this point. When it is done importing, check the number of reports added, updated, not updated advisories and errors. Select the CLOSE button. This should now bring up your reports in your Report Manager. (Note: If any Advisories or Errors, View and Print the log, delete any reported errors.)
