ProjectIt was one of the first projects where company took the first step to used cloud-based platform (Salesforce Einstein Analytics). It was a Risk because company never built a cloud solution for client before. I was hired explicitly to shepherded the development process. I was the only developer on this project, and the platform was pretty new at that time, and there were not much technical development documents were available to reference any technical concepts. Lack of resources did not stop me from producing one of the best interactive XXXX clients has seen. I was the first developer in companhy to develop a complex client solution on the platform and built multiple prototypes to cover every possible use case. I was the first developer who took the initiative to build a XXXX Soluation for team to 100% automate their status tracking progress which would have cut their tracking tasks by 50%I am the only technical lead in company to submit tickets. It has reduced ticket resolution time by 50% (Operational, Infrastructure, Software and Production and Test environment). Demo went great with the client, and she praised what we had accomplished in a short period and gained client confidence by 100%, which led to more work. The client wanted to switch to the different platform due to licensing cost, and I was tasked to led a team of developers and cross-functional teams to design the dashboard from scratch in R-Shiny platform. I led the team successfully which resulted in demo ready prototype in very swiftly. I am currently leading a summer surge support for accelerated development of the dashboard to include, XXX and coordinating with different teams to resolve technical and business constraints swiftly. I am also filling up the Project Manager role temporarily in his absent for few weeks. (Project 2I worked directly with the client to produce an inventory of software which was never done in company before. The project requirement was to inventory all the software system used in company. Some teams try to do this project in past but were not able to complete it before. I was given this project directly by my manager I reached out internally to find out the point of contact, and nobody knew where to collect or who has this information. The clock was ticking, and I have to adopt outside of the box approach. I started reaching out to all the software companies one by one and was able to extract the information from every vendor strategically, and the project was done before the deadline. The client was happy from the final product and offered me to keep working with him on various efforts. I got great feedback from my manager Project 3I was the only developer on this project. I migrated the X dashboard to Tableau platform. It was a very time-sensitive project going to be presented to executive leaders. I was able to deliver the project with 100% accuracy.Project 4I was a X developer on this project and created the Y The final product was polished dashboard which was a demo to clients. Due to this project company was able to win more work. Project 5I was given the responsibility to lead the project team to determine XXXXXX cause of attrition rate. It required significant research to collect raw data from various resource and merge with internal data to build a multiple prototype dashboard on numerous use cases. This effort lead to demo ready product very quickly. Project Feedback from Stakeholders and ManagersFeedback 1HE did a great job supporting the PROJECT portal while it was in Salesforce. Once the decision was made that the portal shift to another platform, HE transitioned into a different role as more of a technical lead. HE has been successful in this role as he has continued to support other projects, including X and the Y. HE is skilled at coming up to speed on new technologies quickly and making an impact. HE also takes the initiative, volunteering his services when he feels he can help.Feedback 2HE migrated the Manpower Over Hire (MOH) X dashboard to Tableau successfully. Converting the MOH dashboard to Tableau was a challenging task because the Army Analytics Group customer initially did not provide access to the existing X dashboard. Furthermore, the government customer did not specify a detailed set of requirements. The customer simply provided PDF document with X MOH dashboard screenshots. MOH dashboard conversion project was time-sensitive as the final product needed to be ready for presentation to US Army senior leaders within a two-week time frame. HE successfully implemented the last minute requirements and delivered the dashboard before the deadline. The speed and accuracy of this project have given our government customer confidence in Northrop Grumman’s ability to quickly build data analytics visualizations on the Tableau platform. Feedback 3HE’s served as a X developer on this project. Working with other company resources and developers he successfully recreated the data for the “X” The end product was a fully functional Tableau dashboard that was used during several meetings with clients. This effort has given company additional data analytics, and visualizations work from the US Army M&RA.Feedback 4HE researched and gathered and raw data related to X and Y to predict the root cause of X attrition rates. HE built multiple prototype dashboards successfully to visualize various scenarios. During this project, HE was given the responsibility to lead a junior data scientist to refine and merge the internal and external data sources, which lead to demo ready product in a short period. I encourage HE to continue to take on challenging high visibility project work that positions him to grow his current team leadership and communication skills.Feedback - 5HE was hired primarily for his skills with the Salesforce platform in support of the project; however, he has proven to be a much more versatile member of the X team with his hands in many tasks. Ironically, it was when the project decided to drop Salesforce as its data visualization platform that HE truly started to demonstrate his versatility. On his own time and by his own initiative, he became certified in Tableau and began his certification as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) associate. Because of his Tableau skills, he was brought on to the X project where he played a critical role in rapidly fielding a prototype Tableau-based visualization layer that would be successfully presented before the clients. Because of his AWS background, he was tasked to assist in the process of migrating the X Environment to the AWS cloud, a migration on which the Company has staked its future. His success and efficiency with this task led to him being requested by name for more support by the company Information Technology Program Manager. Due to his consulting background, he was placed on a team tasked to streamline operations within the company aimed specifically at quick-turn short fused projects. Throughout this time, HE continued to support the PROJECT pin the evolving role of coordinating the team that would ultimately build the X PROJECT dashboard, which will soon be demonstrated before the clients HE's involvement in myriad efforts throughout his first year at the company have not only demonstrated his technical acumen in a variety of fields but the high-level nature of the efforts he was picked to support also belies a high level of trustworthiness. His skills are a valuable asset to the company, his growth and performance-based mentality is tightly aligned with compony, and his personality makes him a great fit for both. ................
