Good Afternoon Drew,

Thank you for inquiring about hosting the VBC Azelis Kick Off with us in April! We do have space

available and would love to welcome Valent BioSciences back to the Embassy Suites Minneapolis

Airport. I tried to call earlier today but must have missed you so I left a voicemail. The complete

details for the meeting space didn¡¯t come through properly on our side so we made an educated

guess on the dates of the meeting space based on the dates for the guest rooms. We can certainly

adjust as needed once we¡¯re able to connect.

Before getting into the details, I wanted to highlight some features which will be of benefit:

Experienced Team: We are one of the few properties that retained our staff through the

pandemic with several of us being here for 9+ years. Let our team take care of the details

to facilitate a great event!

Complimentary Separate Space for Lunch: Our atrium provides the ideal space for

lunch each day as it is showered with natural light. Attendees will enjoy a change of

scenery and opportunity to stretch their legs a bit before afternoon sessions.

Owned AV: We own and operate all AV equipment onsite which helps to keep overall

costs down. Our menu even includes some Inclusive Packages with built in savings on

AV.

Additional Information

All overnight guests will enjoy a spacious two-room suite with separate living room and bedroom

spaces, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, two 55" TV's, and in-room safe.

Included with the rate:

Complimentary Cooked-to-Order Breakfast with made to order omelets and a hot buffet

Complimentary Evening Reception with alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and a light snack

Both of these events are served daily and take place in our atrium on the main floor.

Complimentary Shuttle services are provided to/from the MSP Airport and Mall of America. $10 per

night for overnight parking.

Meeting Room Availabilities

Additional Information

Meeting space will be complimentary with an achieved food/beverage minimum of $5,000.00 plus tax

and service charge over the course of the event. Based on the details provided, and the tentative

number of attendees, we are confident the minimum will be met with ease.

The Cedar 1 room is located on the main floor and will comfortably accommodate the group of 30

attendees when set in crescent rounds. There will still be space for any AV needed and break tables in

the room.

Depending on the lunch and AV needs, one of our Inclusive Packages may be a great option as they

help streamline the planning process and provide built in savings. The most Popular is our Conference

Package at $75 per person per day INCLUDING the tax and service charge. This package provides:

Morning Break: Caribou Goffee, Herbal Tea, Fresh Juice Carafes, Bottled Water, Sliced Fruit,

Assorted Pastries

Buffet Lunch: Choice of Little Italy, Far East, Wrap, Slider, Street Taco, New York Deli

A/V Needs

We offer an extensive list of audio visual services onsite and can arrange for a reputable exclusive AV

technician if desired. If the group is using our AV staff, be assured we are responsible to ensure it is

functional and operational. If a designated AV tech is needed in the space, that does need to be

contracted.
