Good Morning Tricia,

It was a such a joy speaking with you yesterday and learning more about the upcoming Impact AAA

MME meeting! As we briefly spoke about, we do have space available for the dates of August 7 th 10th and would love to welcome AAA Cooper Transportation to the Embassy Suites MSP Airport.

Based on our conversation yesterday, I highlighted some features of our property which will be of

benefit:

1) Embassy Benefits: All overnight guests enjoy a spacious two room suite, complimentary

cooked to order breakfast and Evening Reception. Both events take place in our atrium

which provides a great opportunity for the group to socialize as well.

2) Unique Dinner Space: Woolley¡¯s North is a semi-private section of the atrium which is

ideal for group dinners. Our open air atrium offers a unique and relaxing feel with a 10

story glass ceiling, natural wood, fireplaces, and water features.

3) Inclusive Packages: Knowing the agenda includes morning/afternoon breaks, lunch, and

AV each day, our Inclusive Packages may be a great option as they help to streamline the

planning process while staying on budget.

With knowing that you¡¯re also considering the Hilton Airport, and planning events in Denver and

Bismark, I did put a tentative hold on the space to allow time for everything to be reviewed. Should

All overnight guests will enjoy a spacious two-room suite with separate living room and bedroom

spaces, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, two 55" TV's, and in-room safe.

Included with the rate:

Complimentary Cooked-to-Order Breakfast with made to order omelets and a hot buffet

Complimentary Evening Reception with alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and a light snack

Both of these events are served daily and take place in our atrium on the main floor.

Complimentary Shuttle services are provided to/from the MSP Airport and Mall of America. $10 per

night for overnight parking.

Meeting Room Availabilities

Additional Information

Meeting space will be complimentary with an achieved food/beverage minimum of $4,000.00 plus tax

and service charge for Tuesday and Wednesday. Based on the details provided, and the tentative

number of attendees, we are confident the minimum will be met with ease. Should the total fall short of

the minimum, the difference is charged as room rental.

Our Cedar 2 room is located on the main floor towards the North side of the building. We will have the

room set up in rounds for 30 with 2 pods of rectangular tables in the back for 5 coaches each.

We briefly talked about our Inclusive Packages yesterday so I wanted to elaborate a bit more on those.

The most Popular is our Conference Package at $75 per person per day INCLUDING the tax and

service charge. This package provides:

Morning Break: Caribou Goffee, Herbal Tea, Fresh Juice Carafes, Bottled Water, Sliced Fruit,

Assorted Pastries

Buffet Lunch: Choice of Little Italy, Far East, Wrap, Slider, Street Taco, New York Deli

Afternoon Break:Caribou Coffee, Herbal Tea, Canned Sodas, Bottled Water, Homemade

Cookies and Pretzels

Audio Visual: AV Table, Display Screen, Power Strip, Extension Cord, Wireless Microphone

OR LCD Projector

WIFI, a Podium, and a Bar Stool are all included with the space complimentary so the package offers

everything needed for the group.

A/V Needs

We offer an extensive list of audio visual services onsite and can arrange for a reputable exclusive AV

technician if desired. If the group is using our AV staff, be assured we are responsible to ensure it is

functional and operational. If a designated AV tech is needed in the space, that does need to be

contracted.
