Just like the WRHA Star Card, French Language Services has their BRAVO card that can be used by anyone to thank anyone for anything…..in French!

Maybe someone has signed up for French classes for a first time. Maybe someone made their first presentation in French. Maybe someone did a little creative problem solving to ensure a francophone received their service in French. Maybe someone started a conversation with you in French.

There are all sorts of reasons to thank people.

And, sometimes just getting a little thank-you can make all the difference to an employee, or even a colleague.
