EXHIBIT “4”RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FLORIDA, MODIFYING NON-VEHICULAR ACCESS LINE WITHIN THE GULFSTREAM POINT PLAT, AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSMITTAL OF SAME TO BROWARD COUNTY FOR APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Hallandale First, LLC, has requested to amend the existing Non-Vehicular Access Line (NVAL), along South Federal Highway within the Gulfstream Point Plat; andWHEREAS, the requested modification to the Non-Vehicular Access Line (NVAL), along South Federal Highway within the Gulfstream Point Plat will allow for a 18.78 feet wide opening from the northeast limit of the Gulfstream Point Plat and a 25 feet wide opening from the southeast limit of the Gulfstream Point Plat, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A, as required by The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in order to provide for access openings into the property; andWHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission have determined that approval of the proposed modification of the Non-Vehicular Access Line (NVAL) within the Gulfstream Point Plat is within the best interest of the City, and will not adversely affect the public health, safety and welfare, and therefore, approve the modification; andNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FLORIDA:SECTION 1. Approval of Modification of the Non-Vehicular Access Line. The Mayor and City Commission of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida, hereby approve the modification of the Non-Vehicular Access Line (NVAL) within the Gulfstream Point Plat along South Federal Highway which will allow for a 18.78 feet wide opening from the northeast limit of the Gulfstream Point Plat and a 25 feet wide opening from the southeast limit of the Gulfstream Point Plat, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A.SECTION 2. Authorization to Transmit Modification of the Non-Vehicular Access Line. The Mayor and City Commission of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida, hereby authorize the City Manager to transmit the supporting resolution to Broward County for approval.SECTION 3. Conditions of Approval. This approval is subject to all existing application procedures and ordinances of the City and plat amendment approval by Broward County. Any conflicts between the description (Exhibit “A”) for the NVAL openings and the site plan, the opening locations on the site plan shall supersede and the legal description from the NVAL shall be amended accordingly.APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ______ day of December, 2014._____________________________JOY F.
