ETF DELIVERYETF is the government-backed, sector-owned professional development body for the Further Education (FE) and Training sector. Our role is to grow the strength and capability of the FE profession; enhance its leadership capacity; inform its decision-makers with expert input; and develop FE professionals to excel in their roles and develop their careers. The post-holder will manage a caseload of providers through a national workforce development strategy with the objective of providing professional development training for T Level providers.RESPONSIBILITIES Particular to this post:This role requires the candidate to demonstrate capabilities, skills and knowledge in the following areas:To facilitate organisational Training Needs Analysis with T Level providers, challenging and supporting to identify the professional development needs at the widest organisational level. Undertake a stakeholder and network mapping exercise to determine whether the national Knowledge Hub and existing networks are sufficient to cater for the increasing volume. To recruit T Level providers through an in-depth stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy, to ensure ETF effectively understands the needs of stakeholders in the T Level Professional Development (TLPD) delivery. To generate and increase network engagement, including conducting visits to provide additional information and support to help engagement and report monthly on the recruitment activity. Identify with the Network Coordinator where networks require improvement and work with other effective network lead member to share best practice and create opportunities to peer mentoring. To identify any geographical and subject gaps within the network collaborative activity and report back to ETF’s National Manager.Establish a face-to-face schedule, prior to the start of the academic year, with ETF’s delivery partners to support the blended delivery of TPLD. Build relationships with T Level Providers across the region, inviting staff to undertake CPD through the TLPD delivery and driving engagement activity and ensuring effective regional networks are developed and maintained. Work with ETF’s Expert Curriculum Managers, trainers and delivery partners to develop content and materials from the TLPD delivery, agreeing on the learning outcomes and syllabus. Identify the level of recruitment and sign ups to each network, recording attendance, engagement and participation. Capture data and success rates underpinned by informal feedback from participants, and report monthly to the Regional Manger and CPD Training Lead. To actively encourage participants to join Local Networks to develop, test and review new CPD solutions to meet emerging needs of existing and new T Level providers. To work set targets to increase engagement with the networks and work with ETF’s Network Coordinator and Communications Officer to ensure effective communication with T Level providers.Establish a database of current networks and special interest groups with the Network Coordinator ensuring it is updated. To provide ongoing technical support, with the online helpdesk, for users for booking system and training. Ensure ETF’s CRM is updated with engagement data, details of providers and employers engaged. To continually develop and maintain a thorough understanding of local, regional and sector specific trends. Working within ETF’s regional team to maintain and manage high-level engagement.To identify risks, including financial, operational, legal and political, associated with the commercial agreement, and to investigate and develop effective solutions. To develop and maintain a full understanding of the organisation’s current and planned delivery services to ensure opportunities are optimised with existing and new providers. To provide sector intelligence feedback to the organisation to support the development of delivery offerings and the continuous improvement strategy. To act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times and provide a positive and professional image of the role and organisation. To work across all ETF’s functions and team, including Marketing and Comms team to review and develop range of provider and participant facing marketing materials. 2. Proven track record of account/performance management, with the ability to handle complex delivery development opportunities.Able to engage in and develop a team culture throughout the national/regional team, developing and implementing strategies to promote and maximise the use of the team to achieve business objectives.
