PAYING FOR AP TESTS ONLINEFirst, talk with your scholar and discuss what AP Test/s he/she would like to take. Not sure what kind of AP credits colleges would accept? UW is a great example of what AP credits they will accept and what course/s it would translate to. Go to: you have never set up an account for online payments, please follow steps for First Time Users. Otherwise, enter your User Name and Password. If you have a Skyward Family Access user name but have never set up this account for online payments, please still follow the steps for First Time Users. If you need help with this login step, please contact Kguinasso@ or 425-936-1504.Once logged in, a screen will pop up with your Student’s name, school and grade, and the guardian name will appear in a box below (If this screen doesn’t pop up you may have Pop Up Blockers on your device and will need to allow Pop Ups, or change your settings). Click on the Student’s name. If you have multiple students- click on the student who wishes to take AP Tests. If you have multiple students wishing to take AP Tests you can complete these steps for the first student, then use the tab ‘Your Students’ to navigate back to select your next student and their AP Tests. Once all AP Tests have been selected for your cart, you can Checkout and just pay the online service fee for one transaction. You will be able to print two receipts, one for each student.After you select your student’s name this screen will appear, select the first option- Shop: Items “At Student’s School”select “AP TESTING” from the categories.Scroll down through the list of AP Tests and select ‘Buy’ for the tests that your student wishes to take. If you are not sure the name of the AP Test, please talk with your student or check their schedule. Some tests have very similar names. (It may appear that nothing is happening when you click the Buy button, but it is truly dropping those tests into your shopping cart).When you are done, click the Checkout button in the top right corner.From the checkout screen you can remove any test that is not correct, or if you accidentally selected it multiple times. Make sure to remove any duplicates. You can navigate back if you need to select another test or select Check Out Step 1 to finish the sale.Click the check-box to confirm the tests are correct. Then click Check Out Step 2- Payment.Enter the credit/debit card info on the next screen. Be sure to select Pay Now to complete the sale. Your purchase is not complete until you see a receipt. A receipt should automatically appear for you to print and keep as your confirmation. If that does not appear you can follow the steps below to view your receipts, or contact kguinasso@ or 425-936-1504.*Note there is a $1.95 online service fee added to the transaction.QUESTION:How can I print a receipt if it doesn’t automatically appear?Select ‘Your Students’ from the top left, select the student’s name, then under Reports- select Reprint Receipts…Click the ‘View’ button to see & print out a receipt for the individual payment. If you do not see a receipt listed for the date/time and amount of your AP Tests, then your transaction did not go through.
