The Child and Family Team includes parents, children 12 and older, when appropriate, and significant persons involved in the children and family’s life and case. This team meets at least every 90 days to participate in creating a safe and permanent plan for the minor children. All information shared at meetings is confidential and should be used only for the purpose of planning for the children and family.
