Uses:

White petrolatum (80%) and mineral oil (20%). Contains no preservatives.

Pull down the lower lid of the affected eye and apply a small amount (onefourth inch) of Moisture Eyes PM Ointment to the inside of the eyelid.

For use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.

WARNINGS:

? To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.

? Replace cap after using. ? If you experience eye pain, changes in vision,

continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. ? Not for use with contact lenses. ? Do not use if bottom ridge of cap is exposed prior to initial use. ? Use before expiration date on crimp of tube. ? Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. ? In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or a Poison Control Center immediately. ? Store at room temperature.
